Pros

Free parking and that’s about it.

Cons

Twilio bill wouldn’t be paid so there’s be hours you couldn’t dial out to clients. Days in the winter there was no heat in the office and you’d have to work with parkas and mits on. Plumbing wouldn’t be off so you couldn’t use the bathroom. The pay system is a joke. Your base is paid every two weeks- commission once a month. However the taxes from your commission pay is deducted from your base salary. Bait and switch sales tactics. Favouritism with management meaning leads were never given out fair or evenly. Billing is a mess and customers would just be credited instead of reimburse for being billed when they shouldn’t be. Would constantly let us know if we didn’t close deals we weren’t ‘paying for our seats’ since we got a base salary.

Pros

If you like startup and hussle culture where you have to work 10 different positions.

Cons

Despite repeatedly trying to contribute new ideas and improvements, suggestions are often dismissed, and employees may even feel discouraged from speaking up due to fear of backlash or termination. At the same time, employees are criticized for “not bringing enough ideas,” which creates a confusing and frustrating environment. There is very little alignment or collaboration between teams, leading to constant miscommunication and inefficiency. The culture feels heavily blame-oriented, where accountability is often replaced with finger-pointing. Career growth, mentorship, and long-term strategy appear to be lacking. Promotions do not always seem based on performance or business impact, but rather on internal politics and favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, and employees are expected to handle responsibilities far beyond their actual role without adequate support or guidance.
