Despite repeatedly trying to contribute new ideas and improvements, suggestions are often dismissed, and employees may even feel discouraged from speaking up due to fear of backlash or termination. At the same time, employees are criticized for “not bringing enough ideas,” which creates a confusing and frustrating environment. There is very little alignment or collaboration between teams, leading to constant miscommunication and inefficiency. The culture feels heavily blame-oriented, where accountability is often replaced with finger-pointing. Career growth, mentorship, and long-term strategy appear to be lacking.
