Pros

There are zero pros for working with this joke of an organization. Make sure you do a pile of research within the industry before you embark on a time wasting journey with CPOS. Their positive reviews are fake. Guaranteed.

Cons

Ugh, so many to list. Poor management, zero leadership, lies, false promises, no training... the list is too long. Do not get sucked into their false statements of income potential and what their pricing models are. Do your own research, you'll see their competition is less expensive, offer superior products, no hidden fees and fully transparent - CPOS is quite the opposite. They certainly don't want you asking questions and you'll never get a straight answer.

Pros

Supportive of growing your working skills for them (only in your section). Free Coffee. Knack for hiring people with a good atmosphere.

Cons

Fires employees when they require accommodation for their family or self after a token meeting to claim accommodation compliance. Don't know how to fill out termination paperwork (ROE) so that EI benefits get paid out in a timely manner. Pretends to be a family until you become inconvenient. Sets targets too high to be realistic (Sales floor is a revolving door of people)

Pros

Free parking and that’s about it.

Cons

Twilio bill wouldn’t be paid so there’s be hours you couldn’t dial out to clients. Days in the winter there was no heat in the office and you’d have to work with parkas and mits on. Plumbing wouldn’t be off so you couldn’t use the bathroom. The pay system is a joke. Your base is paid every two weeks- commission once a month. However the taxes from your commission pay is deducted from your base salary. Bait and switch sales tactics. Favouritism with management meaning leads were never given out fair or evenly. Billing is a mess and customers would just be credited instead of reimburse for being billed when they shouldn’t be. Would constantly let us know if we didn’t close deals we weren’t ‘paying for our seats’ since we got a base salary.
