Not Feeling Hopeful - Recruiter CS Recruiting Employee Review

I was disappointed to see this review because we work very hard to ensure that our current team members feel supported and recognize the opportunities in the future. I sincerely appreciate every single person on our current team and am hopeful that this review came from a former team member who claimed to be a "current employee." Anyone who works on our team today knows they have an open door to discuss any frustrations or suggestions with their manager and our leadership team.
