Exposure to modern tooling such as AI-assisted automation, structured test models, and cloud infrastructure. Opportunity to work on complex systems like OMS integrations and large data workflows. Work is predictable. Deadlines are usually realistic.

      Pros

      Uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

      Cons

      - There is no reason to work hard or give everything you have. - Nobody appreciates or recognizes your effort no matter how much you sacrifice. - The benefits are pathetic. - Even with uncapped commission, the pay is still insultingly low.
