      Okay pay, vehicle use, holiday pay and decent vacation accrual.

      Cons

      New and poor local management, Phoenix branch. New branch manager is in over his head. Zero leadership, only punitive mentality for no gain or reason.

      Work life Balance, Growth plan, Weekly 1-1 with managers to gauge progress and any areas of support needed

      Lack of communication when directives are given or follow through. Some directives change without communication being given down the chain.
