Worst job of my life - Business Development Manager CSG Employee Review

The role I was given and the function/expectations that the business had weren't aligned. The other issue was that we were trying selling products to a market that didn't know the newly formed brand and when by some chance if you were lucky when you could eventually get a deal across the line with the ridiculous amount of paperwork and shocking systems/process then they couldn't deliver.. Then when the business was loosing money they had a massive head count cut because they couldn't manage their staff count vs ROI. It was ridiculous.
