Pros

Mediocre pay and benefits. Very poor incentive comp and car allowance.

Cons

Very poor management. Failed drug launch. Old products with no future strategy for success. Micromanagement, canned sales tactics that can only be dreamed up in a marketing department far removed from actual physicians.

The therapies they produce have meaningful results for the patients they serve

Cons

Constant state of change, consistent turnover, toxic culture, unwillingness to see the error of their ways, horrible acquisition strategy and execution of business plan, lack of direction, and the list goes on and on
