      Take at look at the poor company’s performance it says everything. Management lacks the dynamic backgrounds to understand the issues, relate to staff, create process and train. Expectation is to work fifty hours every week at every level.

      They give you a lot of vacation time.

      Cons

      There is no room for growth, no promotions, and there is extreme age discrimination against younger employees. You will not be taught skills because upper management is fearful of their jobs being replaced.
