      Normal hours for the most part. I really enjoy the people I work with and they enjoy being at work.

      Cons

      The silos within the company can be frustrating at times. Sometimes the short-term gets in the way of long term objectives

      Pros

      The people at CTI Group are the reason to work there. Recent hire of new VP of Sales was a good move. Company still faces challenges as they do not have enough sales people to cover the US or European Market.

      Cons

      Company has been challenged since losing VP of Product Management over a year and a half ago. Call Recording product has not taken off as expected.
