      Pros

      Job security as long as you're not too old (you will get laid off), or if you anger someone in upper management, or one of their relatives/girlfriend's.

      Cons

      Very hostile work environment. Low pay. Bonuses have nothing to do with senority or performance. Tremendous mismanagement. Internal sabotage. Illegal business practices such as not following agreed upon procedures set by customers who's products go to the military. Constant lying to customers and auditors. I had been working there for over 9 years and am surprised that they still exist.

      Pros

      CTT used to be one of the best gigs I’ve ever had. Not much pressure, friendly co-workers, no obstructions to getting the job done. Happy customers for the most part. Good team of field sales reps. Then Kratos bought the place.

      Cons

      New management from Kratos is all guys hired from Mercury. Cut throat. Morale among the legacy employees has gone into the toilet.
