Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

Most people don't leave a job, to then have to leave another, but thank God I had another job in line. I knew this place would be a disaster from the minute I walked in and was NOT greeted by the most miserable receptionist I have ever met. I was then led to an empty desk, with not even a pen or garbage can, and sat there for an hour not knowing what to do or who to go to. The first 2 days was spent messaging IT non stop about every system I had 0 access to. For the short time I worked there, I was completely ignored by those in the office. Literally, no one would make eye contact, say hello or I would get the once over whenever I walked around from the extremely loud, unprofessional customer service reps. down the way. Or in the middle of "training" have one of the adjusters walking up and down the aisle screaming on his headset. The trainer, and I use the word lightly, must have been a relative of someone's bc their "program" was God awful. The "trainer" even called out of work during training, so we literally sat there doing and learning 0 for 8 hours. Training was cut 2 weeks, yes 2 weeks short and we had a skype call with management telling us "Well, just try your best." There was 0 communication with our "boss" and I didn't learn they weren't even in the office and away until 3 weeks in. Literally, this place is the Walmart of the insurance world which explains why the place is a revolving door with the same positions listed weekly. Run don't walk from here...

Pros

Supportive coworkers, some flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to gain experience across different areas of business. Benefits are adequate, though there is room for improvement.

Cons

Compensation is not always competitive with the market and does not keep pace with industry standards. Company culture could be improved, particularly around consistency and transparency in decision making. Recent reductions in WFH flexibility have impacted company morale. There is also perception among some employees that opportunities and treatment can vary between teams and individuals.
