Adjusting to a changed business travel landscape has presented its challenges for CWT. While CWT continues to evolve as a company (as it has done many times in its 150 year history), we are doing our best to keep our employees up to date with any changes that may affect them or their colleagues including changing the format of our Global ELT calls to allow for candid, live Q&A from our global employees. This gives everyone the opportunity to ask anonymous "hard questions", get answers in real time and reply with further questions in the ELT Call Chat should they not get the full answer they were looking for.
