Improved benefit package for 2023, increased vacation time for all employees, company wide focus on diversity/inclusion, great office space with onsite cafeteria, willing to promote within, hybrid work (at home and at the office)

No employee travel perks, limited or no work related travel, under staffed, high level of risk acceptance, employment longevity rewards/acknowledgements eliminated, poor work life balance

Guess it may depend on which team you are on, but proper training was non existent. Heavy micromanaging although they tell you otherwise. The have way, way to much software to navigate. Most of that software keeps track of every minute, I would call that micromanagement. Calling out people by name is very unprofessional. Think management may be out of touch with workload of agents. Asking permission to use restroom and take lunch is a bit much.

Fantastic people work here. I very much enjoyed working with the various teams I engaged in my role. There were some great leaders when I was there.

COVID obviously hit business travel hard. CWT had to make adjustments. This is understandable. Adjustments should be fully considered, including the value brought to a suddenly struggling organization though. Exceptional talent was let go and there was no real rhyme or reason. If you were US based, you became a number. It didn't matter if you were a top performer and actively earning big dollars for the organization. Only a select few connected to a select few leaders were safe from wholesale removal or unpaid furloughs or both. I would have been considerably more impressed if actual contribution to the bottom line were considered when those decisions were made. That was a couple leaders ago, so maybe things have improved.

Working with the passengers was great, they were nice and patient as I helped them book their travel.

The managers were awful. They did not effectively listen to their employees when there was an issue or when I was having concerns about being thrown into something that I was not yet prepared for.
