•Opportunity to go for upgrading courses depending on the management •Shuttle bus service provided to and from multiple locations (North, West, Town area, etc) •Stable job •Get to learn different softwares, about Dangerous Goods (IMDG), varying experience depending on clients assigned •Patient seniors during first 3 months onboarding •Some colleagues and management can be pretty good and supportive, boosting morale •Free meals were provided during tighter lockdown measures during Covid-19 period •Working hours 8:30am to 6pm, some overtime and weekend work but not too frequent. Working hours do not get dragged on due to fixed shuttle bus schedule.

•Inconvenient location in the Penjuru area, hard to access by public transport, hard to access food locations except via food delivery services (higher delivery fees due to remote location). best to bring packed lunch. •Pay not competitive, high turnover rate of younger employees due to this issue; retraining of new staff and handover of job roles •Poor benefits and leave entitlement system •Certain office locations were prone to sanitary issues •Some politics and disagreements, mostly amongst management staff (not entry-level staff) •Some staff had disciplinary issues that went unchecked •Some of the processes were too manual/outdated in comparison to the rest of the logistics industry •Siloed company structure, separate office locations with differing welfare levels (HQ vs other branches)
