Pros
I really enjoy my work environment here and have been thus far impressed with all that Cyren has going for it. Here are the pros: - Flexible work environment allows for fun banter/ work breaks but also provides the capability to buckle down with work and ignore your surroundings if you want. - Managers don't micromanage and are consistently extremely friendly, available, and responsive to any issues. - Lots of engaging contests that motivate and heavily reward - Nice, newly-renovated office space - Great snack selection - Innovative and exciting product being sold - Great, intelligent coworkers from different backgrounds - Fun company events - Lots of transparency with local upper management
Cons
Some extremely minor (and temporary) technical cons: - The employee wifi has been a bit tumultuous but is being amended soon - There have been some issues with paycheck services, but the kinks seem to have been worked out recently Aside from those issues that will be remedied soon, I genuinely can't think of anything else that has soured my work experience.
