Too many to write them down. No learning, I even feel I have "unlearnt" everything I knew before starting. No carreer growth unless you are personal friend from top management. Head and top management positions filled in by useless people because of that. Feels like you are in high school due to this political war. They reestructured and everything they have gained is that employees have lost their exitement and willingness to work there. Massive turnover (70% of the people I was working with quit voluntarily). They will always find a way not to pay you your bonuses, besides the fact you are being given your KPIs one week before the month ends up.
