Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding CAD. We have worked extremely hard at providing advancement for all employees and have promoted a large percent of folks in 2023. We also truly value exit interviews to gain insight which helps us be the best we can be. HR takes their role as liaison between management and employee very seriously. We follow the rules per the policy and always investigate the circumstances presented to us my managers. I can assure you, there are many times we press back, question and often have decision overturned. Leadership is very serious about understanding the employee experience .
