Pros
If you don't have a degree summer sales can be a great way to make money. However, there are significantly better summer sales companies to work for.
Cons
- Dishonest management: Upon completion of services I was told I would be paid but was never paid. I contacted multiple people in leadership and was told repeatedly that they were taking care of it, but eventually stopped hearing back altogether. It would seem that instead of taking care of the money I was owed they chose to just ignore me. - Bad work environment: I had a friend sell in the summer of 2014 that had some health concerns, they promised him he would be able to work a schedule that would take that into account. Instead, as the summer went on they forced his team to get out on the doors earlier, stay out later, and reduced the amount of time allowed for lunch. - High turnover: After not being paid what they were due, multiple reps and managers quit Dish One to go to a competing company.
