Pros
1. Team Focused: hurdles are overcome in a group atmosphere with thought leadership and support 2. Offices in SF and Menlo Park make it easy to have meetings anywhere along the penninsula 3. Promotes Work/Life Balance: company outtings and reasonable work hours allow for a great balance
Cons
1. Occassional Long Hours: with the increase in talent acqusiitions in tech the company may have many projects occurring at once which equates to longer hours.
