Pros

Fun people, great office location, exciting assignments, great benefits.

Cons

Management and Partners are often absent and do not communicate well with the support staff (Associates and Researchers). No HR to speak of, conflicts must be dealt with directly, which is difficult for underlings to bring to the attention of the Partners. Impossible to get a raise.

Calibre One is filled with smart, hardworking people who are passionate about helping their clients find the best talent to fill executive roles. It is a work hard - play hard sort of environment and there is a very real sense of being a part of a team dedicated to serving customer's needs. There is a path for advancement and opportunities to grow and further your career. The work is challenging and rewarding and I find myself learning something new every day.

The busy times are very busy and can sometimes lead to long days and an occasional day in the office over the weekend,

Calibre One really helps develop its team members. Consistently offering opportunities for team members to expand their skill set and providing the guidance build their careers. Fun team atmosphere where moral building is central. Great benefits and compensation.

Cons

Recruiting is a demanding industry. Requires self motivation and discipline. Not an easy field There are some rigid policies around hours and working from home that are slowly changing.
