Pros
Call Control has a very unique culture. If you are thinking about working there, you should become familiar with their Core Values prior to applying as the management holds every team member accountable for following/memorizing the values. The staff is small and is a very close knit group. Everyone gets along very well and enjoy working with each other. The management does a nice job of making the staff feel valued. Since I have been here, we have been rewarded with a movie day out during normal working hours, received gift card bonus, free lunch. Other rewards that have been given out to other employees include spa days, gas cards, cash, and candy. They do a lot of small things to show they care. Staff members earn raffle tickets throughout their shift for hitting certain goals. At month's end, they pull raffle tickets to give out prizes. Overall, Call Control is a pretty cool place to work. Very different than typical call centers.
Cons
The pay isn't great. Everyone starts at 11.00/hour. Also, the work can be mind dulling as we say the same thing all day long. However, the calls are VERY easy. No sales or soliciting is involved.
