My experience at this company was disappointing due to a lack of fairness and transparency in leadership decisions. The CEO appeared to make key decisions based on personal relationships rather than merit or performance. This environment can be discouraging for employees who are trying to build their careers and contribute meaningfully.

Will get to learn a lot of things, as the team is small, could interact with higher-ups and get into whatthey are thinking. Get to interact with customers and understand their expectations.
