      Great opportunity early on to work directly with executive leadership (CEO/CPO) as an intern, which provided strong visibility into high-level business discussions. The core UI design work is fast-paced, and you learn how to execute concepts very quickly

      Cons

      The culture severely lacks creative autonomy. Leadership priorities shift rapidly based on passing trends, leading to a lack of a cohesive product roadmap and frequently abandoned projects. Furthermore, middle management lacks the authority or drive to advocate for their teams or protect employees from unrealistic pivots. The administrative environment can also feel overly surveillance-oriented rather than supportive of actual productivity

      Will get to learn a lot of things, as the team is small, could interact with higher-ups and get into whatthey are thinking. Get to interact with customers and understand their expectations.
