      -Room to grow if you apply yourself and go after expanding your role. Sitting idle keeps you idle -Nice co-workers -Approachable management on all levels

      -(not personal experience) but motivating the staff in entry positions to grow and expand the role they have for promotions

      Pros

      Great flexibility. Family atmosphere and generally fun work environment. Very competitive salary. Very hands on job in all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Small company with little room to grow. The owner is very young so not much advancement room at the top. Dirty outside environment due to the nature of the business.
