None. There aren’t any benefits to working here over other companies, and with how awful the cons are, there really isn’t any reason why anyone should work here.

Cons

Management is incompetent and often makes terrible decisions, but instead of being held responsible for their actions and learning from their mistakes, they prefer to avoid accountability and push the blame onto employees instead!
