Pros

Many different opportunities to learn from various customers’ business requirements Have a small unit for each department to gain self-earned bonus depends on how the team runs and handles projects Good connection with Microsoft partnership allowing employees to grow in certain criteria like gaining certificates for the tools from Microsoft Coworkers are nice, no company politics, no dramas Flexible work culture and hours Individually work if one prefers to work by oneself Stable job for a long term period because of lots of clients and endless support hours

Cons

Consulting and developing similar business applications is repetitive seemingly endless work Pay is ridiculously lower than market rate when quarterly reports showed they met the company’s financial goals Plays favoritism in departments Not a lot of employees are professional in what they do. It makes hard to seek for advice and help Do not manage well the timelines of projects that it could easily burn out other team members Some titles and duties of employees are vague that they get confused of what they do Development tools they use are outdated and relatively slow in adapting new tech stacks It is a pain in the butt to communicate with clients who can’t speak English properly Micromanagement Toxic culture to get complacent and not seeking advancement in management and tech development No investment in hiring professionally skilled employees Many mid to senior level employees left that made other employees to doubt the management of the company Highly doubtful this company’s vision and goals can survive another 20 years due to its business model and competitors

Pros

The company has a warm and friendly culture where people genuinely support each other. Learning and development are not just encouraged—they're built into the way the company operates. There's a lot of opportunity to collaborate across teams, which helps build strong relationships and broadens your skills. Management is open to feedback and continuous improvement, which makes it feel like your voice matters. The structured training programs are also a huge plus, especially for those who want to grow in their roles or learn new skills.

Cons

Haven't experienced any so far.

Pros

The things I learned here were quite useful.

Cons

Management creates more problems than resolving them and yet they put the blame on us employees! They're selfish narcissists who think they couldn't do anything wrong, makes us clean up all their messes, and can't even say a little thank you!
