Coworkers are generally kind and helpful. Competent people are rewarded by Transdigm with promotions and more responsibility. Pay is average for local market, although benefits are lacking.
Cons
Layoffs every 18 months. Mandatory overtime for hourly employees, salaried employees work at least 50-60 hours per week. A member of senior leadership screams at staff often, leading to a culture of blame, fear, and finger-pointing.
