The employees at below management level are treated as disposable resources, where they are extracted of work, not being credited for the work they do - no value given no appreciation for beyond normal work - higher up authorities (managers and directors) enjoy all the benefits, while the employees slog - not even getting their due in return, make established employees do work beyond their responsibilities, but when it comes to giving them title/designation or appraisal to justify the responsibilities - management goes and takes outsiders for much more pay - and gives the titles and designations to outsiders, while treating the existing members of team as nothing.
They will make you wok hard showing you a distant future, saying they will give you a good transition for all the additional responsibilities they shower on you, but then it is realised, that they cheat you al along, they say all this so that employee does work way over and above the role's responsibilities, ultimately never giving him the due or credit or transition that was promised, they only wanted to extract more work so all the fake fodder was feeded, when they want people to be appointed at even minor senior positions, they will slyly open the position outside, hire people on much more pay and give them bigger positions - only to control the existing employees who have diligently worked with them for years.
Too much slavery, too much mismanagement, managers are forever utilizing company policies to plan personal travels, too many benefits to everyone above normal employee level, not leaving anything for the working class employees.
