      Pros

      I've been there for over 20 years and believe me when I say the PROS at this business have all left the company, some by choice and some by force. The benefits of insurance is why most stay and have so many years invested in the company. It is a real shame what the new regime has done. Lots of back stabbing in upper management and bullying to those they feel are below them.

      Cons

      So many that I could go on for days and days. Just sad what the company has become. Management is so bad it is a daily struggle to just come to work here.

      Easy job, great team, great entry level positon to learn more about the company and insurance

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, doesn't pay very well, lines between team responsibilitys are often blurred meaning you take on other teams work with no extra pay
