Pros

If you like being overworked, underpaid and told on a daily basis you suck, this jobs for you!

Cons

Benefits have diminished greatly over the years. Especially health insurance. You basically need to be an Olympic athlete or you will pay extra. Your insurance premium has gone up so much, what's covered is reduced, and an extremely high deductible, spousal usage fee's, biometric requirements must be made....or else.. another charge, same for biometrics for spouse. Oh and if spouse has insurance thru their company? Yeaaa we aren't covering them anymore. Completely off the charts horrible!

Pros

At this point, I am not sure there are any

Cons

No cohesion. The company used to be a bottom-up company that has transitioned to a top down culture. Problem is we have too many new people at the top who don't understand our business and don't know how to balance change with keeping the legacy business going. Also, management just straight up lies to our faces constantly. We also can never get any questions answered except for the softest of softball questions.
