Pros
Strong business with diverse product offering. Good people to work with.
Cons
More forward thinking needed. The coompany has not moved with the times and modern trends over the last decade, and is now paying the price (consumer space). Needs to re-think long-term strategy and probably will become a B2B and move away from B2C to a large degree.
