Het gesprek was zeer matig. Er werden ontzettend veel vragen gesteld over welke activiteiten ik mogelijk zou willen uitvoeren, maar er werd totaal geen duidelijke functieomschrijving of project voorbeelden gegeven. Verder kwamen de interviewers te laat op dagen voor interview.

Interview process is straight forward, over the Teams which is great as you don't have to waste the trip down to their office for the first round of interview. However, your personal data such as copy of NRIC, education certificates, previous job, salary and reasons of leaving are needed to submit prior to the interview which I think is too much, never too late to collect such information if the candidate is successfully progress to 2nd round or final interview.

I had two rounds of interview. First round was quick 15 minute call just making sure I met qualifications. Second round they were extremely patient with me when my Teams wasn't working. Pretty self-explanatory interview, just explaining my experience and hearing about the position. After I got the job offer they mentioned a drug screening and I wasn't aware of this throughout the whole interview process. I also emailed questions to be answered and they never wrote anything back, except decided to call and text me instead to pick up the phone... for some reason they didn't want anything in writing.... kinda sketchy... also not giving warning about the drug test is illegal and should be reprimanded for it, especially since it was just about marijuana which is legal in NYC and should've been disclosed in the job description.

Me llamaron y tenían claro que por mi perfil estaban interesados, tenia experiencia en la competencia, puesto que solicite dos meses antes, y después se dedicarles mi tiempo no se han dignado ni ha informarme sobre el estado de mi candidatura lo cual da la idea de que eres uno mas en la lista para entrevistar. Pobre atención en el proceso. Deberían valorar mas el tiempo de las personas que van a entrevistarse.

It was a really good process and experience. I enjoyed the process and the people were very nice. I think it is a great environment for working. But I declined the offer because I got another job offer from a different company.
