      Before there was a friendly environment because of our senior employees in the company.

      Cons

      Everything is politics in the Company. CEO and COO are telugites. COO only supports to Telugu people. Some are not even graduates they are handling some part of Technical where as there are many Engineering graduates in the Company. They are not getting any chance for technical. Sometimes salary will be delayed

      Pros

      Capfront is an excellent company for freshers to start their careers. As a fintech company, it provides great exposure to financial systems and RBI guidelines. You get plenty of opportunities to learn new concepts and gain practical industry knowledge.

      No work pressure Easy to adapt to work culture Good work environment

      Salary is low compared to outside market. Certain time the management level people overact for nonsense things and not on the bigger matter. Lack of support No learning new things or opportunity
