      Pros

      Before there was a friendly environment because of our senior employees in the company.

      Cons

      Everything is politics in the Company. CEO and COO are telugites. COO only supports to Telugu people. Some are not even graduates they are handling some part of Technical where as there are many Engineering graduates in the Company. They are not getting any chance for technical. Sometimes salary will be delayed

      It's a BPO not a software company!

      You will be trained to work in a call center.

      Cons

      It's a pure BPO company where all are involved in kind of data entry work. So never expect the salary promised after a couple of months. Salary cuts every where. Untidy work space.

      I dont see any pros for this institution.

      Cons

      Its an utter waste of putting the hardwork over here. The company doesn't have any future. The first preference of the company is the founder's EGO, then comes the business. The employees who were there from the beginning, the guys who built it, 99% of them left or terminated within one and half years. Now the company is almost on NO business state.
