      The company has a great culture and they take very good care of their employees. You get to learn a lot about private equity from some highly experienced individuals

      Interesting company when it comes to the investment spectrum and AuM - given that the company is in Finland

      Pros

      Good compensation and nice office. Entrepreneurial culture.

      Cons

      Co-workers made fun of my Scottish accent and poor Finnish skills. Things escalated when they found my daughter's dance videos on TikTok and started gossiping behind my back. I got enough when they posted one of the videos on the company's intranet. How dare they disrespect me like that.
