- Former Intern, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Awesome people with good learning opportunities. Good work-life balance and well thought work policies regarding working from home or from office.
Cons
Salary was not the most competent. Sometimes there was not very much work and, hence, some days were a bit boring. Gladly, this was not a frequent problem.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Smart and ambitious colleagues, great attention to employee wellbeing, great benefits
Cons
A listed company, so quite many things move slowly. Hierarchy. The atmosphere and team spirit varies and depend a lot on the team you're working in.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The company has a great culture and they take very good care of their employees. You get to learn a lot about private equity from some highly experienced individuals
Cons
Lost some edge compared to other big Nordic PE firms

Pros
Good company with pleasant atmosphere. A lot of newcomers and new initiatives with the new CEO.
Cons
A lot of personnel turnover since new CEO came in 2017. As with any PE firm, career track may not be obvious.
