Pros

They don’t have a lot of clients so you will have a good idea where you will be staffed (if you can get staffed)

Cons

The company has been in free fall since 2019 with leadership completely clueless on how to lead the company. The lack of competency from HR on how they communicate and establish fair practices leaves something to be desired. Put simply it is a glorified staff augmentation company masquerading as a consulting company. If you are not a favorite, you will not go far.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is unfortunate that your time with us was short, and during the height of tough challenges. The culture that you experienced is not the culture that we seek or embrace. Know that we do listen and respond to every review, both literally and operationally. We always put our CapTechers first and seek to improve based on the collection of feedback they provide: on Glassdoor, in weekly Q&As, multiple survey campaigns, leadership, coaching, and individual conversations. Our mission remains to be the best consulting firm to work with and for. Thank you for your contribution. –Katy Apostolides, HR Director
