Pros

- nice and talented people work here

Cons

Management is the biggest issue here. The ones that get promoted are usually the ones that has some kind of connection to the higher up. If you are looking for a regular 9 to 5 job, then this isn't it. They have good compensation and benefits but the downside is you could be working 50 to 60 hours each week.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, and for being part of the CapTech team. CapTech promotes a positive work-life balance and career growth experience. That said, I could see how the experience in under a year could bring you to a different conclusion, especially depending upon the client work to which you were assigned. Occasionally, consultants need to go above and beyond to meet their client’s needs. In addition, promotions typically take place after 2-to-3 years in a role. We are sorry your time with us was short and you didn’t have the CapTech experience we wish for our employees. Thank you, again, for sharing your feedback. -- Katy Apostolides, HR Director
