3yThis is an incredibly tough review to see on our page. We understand that you have very strong feelings around your departure, but we have to say that your review feels not only inaccurate but also unfair. There is no cult like mentality in the halls of CapTech and there is no policy were we’d let go of people on the bench at the 90 day mark. First, we are happy to see that our people enjoy working with each other and learning from one another, but there is no exclusive behavior tolerated here. Second, we work hard to find and hire top talent, so benching people just to let them go at 90 days would not make sense. Our top performers are consistently picked for projects due to the skills and knowledge they bring to the client. In a case where we have an individual on the bench and not getting picked up for projects, we work with the individual and their coach to understand the situation and talk through potential outcomes. CapTech takes on projects that make sense for our business and our people. We have an incredible roster of clients that are at the top of their respective industries and a strong leadership team at CapTech that is focused on growth and our long term business state. Our college recruiting program is strong and we’re proud to be working with the future of tech talent. Any company looking at their growth strategy knows that early talent is an important aspect of their business. Our college hires are strategically mentored throughout their first year with us as part of the Discovery boot camp program. Our experienced talent plays a key role in helping college hires grow.
