      Under new leadership, CIG is doing an amazing job of putting employees first and promoting life-work balance. Salaried employees are not expected to work past 8-5 M-F company hours. This is not the norm in our industry and it results in dedicated and focused work!

      Cons

      As a small company, not all processes are published, but we are working through this is a company and already made a huge impact in 2022!

      Good company with many perks and employee events.

      Cons

      No annual pay increase. It's performance based and it's usually only 3%. 5% if it's a promotion.
