      If you're a person who needs a lot of direction and oversight then Capitol Light might not be the right fit.

      Paychecks are awesome, you don't have to work under a supervisor closely, hardly no traffic at night

      Cons

      Management sucks, work you like a slave, never gives you positive feedback only negative. Don't care about you being sick. Want you to come to work even if you have a doc excuse. Really expensive benefits
