Awful - Pharmacy Experience Capsule Employee Review

Honestly too many to state. For months the company has been performing badly. More customers are upset than not. Agents are expected to work in a toxic, stressful environment day in and day out with no complaints. Workflows are useless, no available leadership. Due to recent layoffs there is a severe shortage of employees, so current employees are expected to handle the extra work load.
