Management does not listen to advice! You are to be held accountable for your numbers (metrics) HOW EVER it is not taken into consideration how many workflows are unclear, wrong, or there are so many issues out of our control that won’t allow us to meet those numbers. Upon me getting let go I received an email from a conversation between management in which I believe I was sent on accident because HR stated I was taking advantage when I have proven I had medical problems going on.
