      Good pay, lots of forced overtime

      Cons

      No work/home balance, forced overtime, forced weekends, bad management, bad culture, they run you like a workhorse, you never hear anything good from the bosses, no room for career advancement due to upper levels promoting eachother and their friends.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime during the construction season, so if you’re willing to work 50-60 hours of hard labor you’ll get lots of OT. During the winter, work slows down a lot, and they don’t need as many workers.

      Cons

      Very fast paced. It’s not super strenuous but you’ll be on your feet all day moving. Short lunch break.
