Everyone I work with is incredibly kind and smart, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Work is not stagnant. I learn something new everyday and it is rewarding both personally and career-wise. I can see myself growing here long-term. Clinical research is meaningful work, and I believe Castor is moving in the right direction.
