We believe we’re a nice tech too! Thank you for this review. We believe trust is pivotal for work relationships, so we value your feedback and will dive into this further. We realize going through two layoffs has been tough for Castor, and although we have not been alone in going through this, we decided to do so relatively early for us to come out stronger again. We implemented a salary framework relatively early for our company size, to not only hire against the external market but also ensure fair pay!
