Good team in retail store - Assistant Manager Cats Protection Employee Review

This job gave me a lot of experience and learning opportunities. I had fun whilst working in the retail store and made good friends with all the volunteers. It was a lovely and friendly place to work with a manager who couldn't have been kinder. I had a good team of awesome volunteers who are worth their weights in gold. Training was good too, with induction programmes run so we could learn quickly and intuitively. Most of the systems cats protection use are relatively simple and easy to work once you get the hang of it. My co-assistant manger and I were young when we started, which was taken into consideration and we were supported by the manger of our shop all the way through. There was no age discrimination and we always felt like part of the team We got good experience and I learnt many lessons I will be taking forwards.
