Management is terrible and very uncaring. Any suggestions fall on deaf ears, in fact, they are held against employees. Bad employees are promoted to management positions. Their procedures are not current -- very 1980's. Patients and employees alike have no confidence in billing system and are leaving to go to more up-to-date facilities.
