Pros

if Love taking requirements from ChatGPT then its Perfect place to retire!

Cons

No work-life balance – Expected to be available 24/7 with endless deadlines. No planning or structure – Work is dictated by last-minute ChatGPT-style prompts. Toxic leadership – "T. Dockra" holds all the power, forcing employees to work until midnight while disregarding team schedules. No real leadership – Team leads are just puppets, following Mr. T. constantly changing demands. Incompetent management – Interns are managed by Business Analysts & so-called Technical Architects with no technical skills. Engineering lead is clueless "dumb lead" – He has zero technical knowledge and somehow exists in the industry. His nonsensical requirements and incompetence; combined with T. Dockra, are pulling the entire team into hell. HR is useless – No support, no action, just silent observers of the chaos. Unstable work environment – Every meeting brings new random demands from T. Dockra, leaving no room for clarity or stability. 🚨 Final Advice: STAY AWAY! Your mental peace, health, and career will suffer. 🚨

Pros

Hybrid role. Good work-life balance (no overtime). Nice coworkers and on-site management for the San Antonio location. On-site leadership actually cared for their employees and development, however, higher-ups will always have the last word. Great place to gain experience and open your eyes to bad corporate culture. Had exposure to a few different projects.

Cons

Low paying jobs. They will try to work you into the ground, compensation isn't worth it. The company relies heavily on contractors, only 5 people converted to full‑time over 1 year. The executives are sexist (yes, even in 2026). I observed gender‑biased behavior from senior leaders, if you are a woman, they will not listen to you and talk down on you. Limited transparency from leadership. Constant overnight layoffs. They fire 50% of the people every quarter. You will always be scared of losing your job [no stability at all]. They are always talking about more opportunities for growth but it's ALL LIES. Senior management and higher-ups are horrible people, they don't care about you as a person, they only care about money. I wouldn’t recommend working here to someone seeking long‑term growth or job security.
