Centific interview questions

I was directly contacted by the Field CTO to schedule an interview. Without any prior notice, a team member who had been with the company for only three weeks conducted the interview instead. The last-minute substitution was not communicated in advance. The interview covered general ML fundamentals that had limited relevance to the role or my background. No system design questions were asked, despite this being listed as a core component in the job description. After the interview, there was no follow-up for over a week. When I reached out, I received a one-line response with no substantive update and no further communication since.
